Yes, debit cards may be used for payments. However, a credit card may be required to put a hold on your deposit. 

Yes, in addition to having a legal driver’s license, you must also be an insured driver in order to rent a vehicle. 

If your plans include staying at lodges and hotels, a vehicle without any camping accessories will be prepared for your booking. We will prepare a vehicle for you depending on the number of people booked for the adventure.

Your driver’s license, proof of insurance, and the form of payment accepted by the company.

Yes, you can rent a vehicle one-way. Just let us know at the booking stage. If you’re planning to drive across a border, however, there may be restrictions in place, so check with the company beforehand to avoid additional fees.

We operate a full-to-full policy. What does this mean? Simply put, you’ll receive your vehicle with a full tank, and you’ll need to return it with the same amount of fuel at the end of your rental period.

If you have already picked up the vehicle, you will need to contact the car rental company directly. You can find their telephone number on your confirmation email.

If you have not yet picked up your vehicle and you have a reservation, you can cancel and rebook with us free of charge.

Cancellation fees are levied should the booking be cancelled as follows:
* Three weeks prior to collection, no fees will be levied. All payments already made will be refunded.
*Cancellations made within two weeks prior to collection, 50% of the contracted amount will remain payable. 
* Within a week prior to collection, 95%  of the contracted amount will remain payable. 
Any payments, less the cancellation fee will be refunded.

We require a 25% payment to confirm any rental. The 75% balance must be paid two weeks prior to collection of the vehicle. If you book your vehicle less than two weeks prior to collection we require the full amount to confirm it.

5 days is our minimum but exceptions can be made on request.
